HouseSwapExchange.com also caters to all kinds of house and locations for your vacation home exchange without an exchange fee.
To get started just complete the basic registration form, you will then be able to search our house exchange database and set up your home profile so other members can find you.
To help you make the most of this community we provide various tools to make your home exchange search as easy as possible. They include:-
Basic and Advanced searching
A Contacts list feature - helps with narrowing the search
A Personal Message Board (PMB) for easier communication with potential exchangees.
A Feedback option for those that you exchange with - this will help you with exchange choices and increase member accountablility. Video introductions. Upload and watch videos of members introducing their homes for a possible house exchange.
We do not charge a "per exchange" fee, just a very low periodic subscription.
We have 3 types of account:-
FREE - You can create a profile, search for partners and receive messages but you will need to upgrade to a PAID membership to be able to read messages and respond to them.
SILVER - You can send messages to everyone but FREE members will need to upgrade before reading and responding to your message.
GOLD - As per Silver Membership but "all" members can read and respond to your messages. You can also set up formal exchange partnerships with all members. This option gives full access to all members, free or paid.
In all cases email notifications are sent to the recipient when you post a new message.
